Junior Tylor Wimbish of the University of Missouri-St. Louis men’s basketball team has been named to the All-Great Lakes Valley Conference First Team.

The Mountain Pointe graduate led the Tritons with 15.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game, while shooting 60.3 percent from the field. He also paced the squad with 25 blocked shots. In GLVC-only games, Wimbish ranked 14th in scoring with 15.9 points per game and sixth in field goal shooting at 61 percent.

Wimbish scored in double figures in the last 14 games and had seven games of 20 or more points this season. His shooting mark of 60.3 percent ranks 26th nationally in NCAA Division II and is the sixth best single season mark in program history.
