The majority of these people who are chuckling about the only strong minded principles of Jeff Sessions, having ignored revising the 2006 Secure Fence Act, to stop further incursions of another huge wave of abject poverty coming into this country. As I see it this bunch nub brain politicians have been purchased by the Special interest lobbyists who want no stoppage of the cheap labor. Almost every enforcement law could be cancelled out, if Congress would issue a biometric ID card to all Americans. It could prove who you are, to vote and ease credit fraud. A simple fix, but the ex-lawyer types who run our lives from Washington, are the puppets of big business. I see them sitting in halls of Power favoring amendments for corporate donors, our Southern neighbor and anybody who can fill their campaign troughs with cash. The place is the most corrupt location in America, other than Liberal state assemblies, who are run by unions. • Honest people who stand for the voting rights of every American citizen are charged to be vigilant of illegal activity in each election precinct. Completely covered up by the majority of editorial staff in the national press, ‘Voter Fraud’ is happening and this can spotlighted by reading reports, articles on the Internet. Without being pretentious “Voter Fraud’ has been highlighted in such states as Florida, Colorado, Arkansas and now North Dakota, with many other states under scrutiny. Non citizens voting can be a major contention around the country and can be a serious issue in close races. Canvassing to register citizen voters has caused a major uproar, when organizations such as ACORN have signed up hundreds of thousands of individuals not qualified to vote. The Democrats are especially prevalent in ignoring election laws and have as usual evoked the race card, the poor and even saying this was Suppression of people voting. However the truth be known that these special classification of people, can qualify for a free picture ID card, which is not mentioned by the Socialist indoctrination. Must remember we are feeding, housing and giving free healthcare to anybody who steals into the country, which UNFAIR AND WRONG to taxpayers. Plus under President Obama not just illegal aliens but the “freeloaders” will be collecting all the benefits, but paying nothing into the pool. To me this is sheer bribery for votes whether illegal or legal. The TEA PARTY people will be out in force to insure that the election laws we do have are fully enforced. Even so without safeguards the absentee ballot is easily compromised. In blue states the laws are so lax, that it’s inevitable there will be a paramount move to overlook non citizens voting. I am an Independent, who originally was in the Democratic fold. In November I am not voting for Obama, but not particularly happy with Romney either. I joined the Constitutional TEA PARTY, as they are for the self reliance, free fair commercial enterprise, reduction of government to the limits as written by our forefathers. Resume drilling for oil, natural gas and reopening the coal mines, with emphasis on not only clean coal production, but further research into new energy sources. It’s certainly obvious to any prudent person, that the only reason organization such as the Communist founded ACLU, doesn’t want the right of law enforcement officers to check on a person’s immigration status, and is that Arizona being a frontier state is flooded with illegal alien migrants. What is strange that wherever you drive or wander that if you are in violation of the law, the police are going to ask for identification proof anyway? I think that with this law in effect, hundreds of thousands of illegal entrants are going to be packing up their belongings and heading for Liberal-Socialist states as California, Nevada where the laws are certainly unenforced and police by city mandates cannot question suspicious persons. Legislators of both parties need to get off duffs; start issuing permit to drill for domestic oil, natural gas and reopen the coal mines that Obama’s czars have closed. President Obama is deep in the pockets of radical environmentalist, who are cutting us of regular fuels. You have seen the $4.00 rise of gas at the pumps, when 4 years ago it was just a $1.49. Shrink the mammoth burdensome U.S. government; closing many and merging agencies. Start from scratch a fair and equitable tax code; no more immunity for corporations and friends of politicians. Stop Obama from giving more power to the United Nations and international courts. Realize that America is heading towards insolvency, if we don’t get welfare programs under control, especially the (113 Billion annually and climbing) one hundred thirteen billion dollars going to subsidize illegal foreigners. Stop the spending and redistribution of welfare to illegal aliens, such as food stamps. We cannot trust the Democrats who remain deliberately unconcerned with non-citizens voting. Both parties refuse to enact mandatory E-Verify (H.R. 2885), to expel illegal aliens from businesses, and a Birthright Citizenship law (H.R. 140), that allows a projected 400.000 babies a year who gain citizenship, without a parent holding U.S. citizenship status. Both political parties in their own wretched way, have brought this epidemic on this land. In light of yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, the Obama Administration has suspended the 287(g) program in Arizona and enforcements. Holder using their ultimate power to intimidate the desert state that is trying to survive the onslaught of illegal aliens. A Justice Department should be there to help protect the people, but instead they are using any manner of issues to undermine the Arizona state sovereignty. The 287(g) program is an official partnership between local law enforcement agencies and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to aid in enforcing federal immigration laws at the local level. Federal officials said the program is no longer needed in Arizona now that the Court has upheld the section of the state's immigration-enforcement law requiring all police to check immigration status. What is next for the Obama regime and his Czar goons, to rescind the ‘Secure Communities’ so local police cannot fingerprint suspicious people who may be illegal aliens. A COVERT AMNESTY HAS BEEN PASSED BECAUSE PRESIDENT OBAMA, HAS NOT ONLY DISMISSED LAWS PASSED BY THE CONGRESS, BUT NOW IS STATED THAT IT WILL NOT ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAWS, SPECIFICALLY ON THE ONGOING INTIMIDATION OF ARIZONA. I wonder how long it will be before the Obama Administration taxes us even more, because we actually have a pulse. Two of the most controversial issue, that we must be imposed at once, so no more foreign invaders are encouraged to break the immigration ‘Rule of Law’. ‘THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT’ (E-VERIFY) must be passed and advanced, so illegal aliens can no longer steal jobs from the millions of Americans unemployed. The ‘BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP ACT (H.R.140) must be compulsory so un born babies smuggled into America, so that parents cannot take benefit from welfare, once the child become an immediate citizen. Half a million pregnant women enter the United States looking for handouts annually, for their children. This is the time when every American who believes in the ‘Rule of Law’ and steps forward to let their Senator or Congress person knows how you will vote. • We have one way in returning the power to the American people, is to retire the majority of Democrats, Liberals and Republican politicians, and give that influence to the Constitutional TEA PARTY leadership. Under Obama we have seen the U.S. deficit rising to an almost fanatical 16 trillion dollars. In Sen. Harry Reid’s party no move towards a balanced budget. Then both parties have deliberately ignored the astronomical $113 billion dollars a year, pander to the 20 plus million illegal migrants and immigrants already settled here. Our only real chance to stop the illegal invaders is adopting more Tea Party Senators and Representatives. Millions of demoralized Americans of different racial make-ups, religions and political parties have joined the Tea Party that represents all citizens, permanent residents whether of Hispanic, Latino, European, and Asian, Pacific Rim or any part of the world’s population who came here legally. Beginning with Arizona v. the justice Department who revolted against the high court’s unfunded mandates, that STATES must give health care, an education and welfare programs to anybody who can slither past our fences or just lie to an agent, when they alighting from a jet plane from another country. Other than Sanctuary states, the rest are waiting for the outcome in June by SCOTUS. Patiently waiting is Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina and the majority of other states to at least have some confirmation, whether they can advance a policing policy to check a person’s eligibility to be in the United States? Senator Marco Rubio has his own plan for the Dream Act, other than the very incendiary law that Democrats have in mind. For any realistic chance of the Dream Act gaining passage in Congress, certain provisions must be in effect. The central government has to enact a nationwide mandatory E-Verify program, that Chain Migration must be rescinded from immigration law, that only children below the age of ten would be considered and that all recipients to obtain a path to citizenship, must depart the country and apply for a entry at an Embassy, as every other patient immigrant must do. A larger majority of the Tea Party members would also insist that the Birthright Citizenship law be amended, so no pregnant illegal alien mother or parents could take advantage any more with their child/children getting instant citizenship. That no baby/infant should become a taxpayer’s burden, unless one parent is a U.S. citizen. Over the years this law has become mutated, and should not be a foothold, for every illegal migrant or immigrant who smuggles themselves into America to gain admittance to welfare and public assistance. Our own pregnant females suffer a large disadvantage by the hospital clogged by illegal alien Mothers, whereas citizens and residents must pay maternity fees, while others get a free uncompensated ride. These programs should only be available to citizens, naturalized citizens and green card holders. ALL WE ARE DOING BY GIVING ASSISTANCE TO FOREIGNERS WHICH IS ACHIEVING MORE POVERTY FOR OUR PEOPLE; OUR SICK, MENTALLY ILL, OUR HOMELESS, OUR POOR AND EVEN OUR TROOPS COMING HOME SHOULD BE OUR TOP PRIORITY? That the farming and agricultural commerce have an obligation to pay the benefits for their labor and not the state’s taxpayers. There will no importation of migrant poverty anymore, by cutting off access to welfare, food stamps, and section 8 housing programs. Taxpayer doesn’t need or should we accept any new low skilled workers, instead we must necessitate in supplying our own citizens with more occupational programs. Further we must safeguard our voting system which has been compromised by the far left, its Liberal associates, Democrats and groups like ACORN that became a vital factor of a growing number of state requiring official ID to vote. Illegal aliens are voting and will again in local, state and federal elections and this dishonesty must be ended. Another set of regulations to amend, would be a careful examination of the current visa system allowing around a million legal immigrants annually into the U.S. No further violation can be tolerated from businesses and we should only permit the highest intelligence in engineering, the sciences, mathematicians and computer technology professionals to immigrate. Illegal immigration must become a thing of the past by securing our border fences. Business that intentionally ignores E-Verify should face harsh sanctions, including prison. Elected officials, who allow such provisions as Sanctuary City ordinances, should be punished and government legislators should sever funds to these perpetrators. All federal and state legislators, governors, majors, police chiefs should be put on notice, that voters will unseat them, specially the Tea Party members. Any illegal alien invaders of this sovereign country, should be prosecuted as a Felony, not a civil infraction, with ID theft or Voter Fraud should be mandatory prison sentence, with no exceptions. America is bleeding badly from years of neglect by both political parties and pampering of foreign nationals cannot be accepted any more as the norm. Internal enforcement is more urgent than ever before, because of supporting illegal aliens is skyrocketing and taxpayers are on the hook. Illegal aliens have also found a way, to obtain $4.6 billion dollars annually by defrauding the IRS and the taxpayers, using non-existent children tax credits. Elections are no longer safe as Democrats and their less honest followers are participating in voter fraud. We either need a national ID card or that all voters must possess a government picture ID for proof of who they are? • With the state of Arizona fighting for its very existence from the illegal alien occupation, and the influx of criminals that swept throughout America, then additionally having to defend its immigration enforcement law, known as SB70. Arizona is looked upon with respect by the majority of states by going it alone and not being humbled by the U.S. Government. But not the mainstream media who has a deep core of Leftist editorial staff who are very persuasive, with their unreported news of the incessant rise of illegal migrant and immigrant drunk driver, splashing citizens blood of the highways. The murders, the rapes, the robberies, child molestations, Identity theft, voter fraud of criminals and where many have been released back into society or have even returned after deportation numerous times. Sanctuary states like California, Nevada, New York and cities as San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver are very critical of police enforcement in other states. These Liberal strongholds have rushed to use incendiary remarks, against Arizona and its counterparts in the Southeast. It seems logical that their Sanctuary State arguments are in fact inflammatory, because their leniency has caused the overwhelming effect of foreign nationals pouring into their states and their overlooked pandering of these people. Now they are very nervous because with the promise that with SCOTUS approval for Arizona to enforce the majority if not all its statutes, they will finally have to deal with their own illegal alien issue. This administration Homeland Security and ICE have allowed Sanctuary Cities to thrive and have done nothing to admonish these unlawful ordinances. But under the growing list of Tea Party membership growth in thousands of chapters nationwide, the Democratic obstructionists could be unseated from Congress, along with the Liberals disguised within their ranks. With the very probability of SCOTUS pronouncement being for Arizona, it could send a ripple effect for the majority of the 50 states, to enact similar policies. STATES AS CALIFORNIA WOULD FIND EVEN MORE FOREIGN NATIONALS ARRIVING AND THEIR HUGE WELFARE DEFICITS SKYROCKETING. This being true a mass exodus could be accomplished as large enough numbers of illegal aliens unable to survive, would decide to leave the country. This would save the country an estimated $113 billion a year for public assistance programs, which would be an advantage for our own low income poor and disabled. All the unfunded mandate money would remain in State coffers. The comprehensive law, as written, accomplishes four main things: 1. Requires police officers to check the immigration status of any individual during "any lawful stop, detention, or arrest … in the enforcement of any other law or ordinance" where the officer has reasonable suspicion that the individual is an illegal alien. If it's determined that the individual is an illegal alien, Immigration and Customs Enforcement or Border Patrol must be notified. 2. 3. Forbids any state agency, county, city, town, or political subdivision from enacting sanctuary policies for illegal aliens. 4. 5. Requires all aliens to carry their registration document at all times. 6. 7. Makes it a misdemeanor crime for any individual picking up day laborers to block or impede the flow of traffic and also makes it a misdemeanor crime for an illegal alien to look for work in a public place or block or impede traffic in the pursuit of work. 8. The lead attorney Paul Clement, for the State of Arizona, pushed two arguments at the hearing. First, this administration failure to enforce immigration laws has caused a calamity in Arizona that made it indispensable to enact SB 1070. Second, SB 1070 is not preempted since it does not conflict with federal law or fabricate its own system of immigration rulings. Instead it emulates federal law and aids the central government to impose it. The recent poll about the Arizona's Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act, SB 1070 shows: • 65% of voters favor the law, while 31% oppose it. • • 84% of Republicans favor Arizona’s law, while 46% of Democrats do. • In the border state of Arizona where illegal immigration was one of the major voter concerns, the presidential candidates who “drove” the E-Verify issue benefited easily. • It just goes to show that as illegal aliens flee Alabama, the unemployment rate is dropping for American labor--as according to several reports? Enforcement policing protocols are having the desired effect, which proves that state immigration laws do work if practiced and not neglected. My guess is that although I have not heard of any similar hiring statistics in Arizona, Georgia, South Carolina and even Utah, but it wouldn’t surprise me if this news hasn’t been suppressed by the newspapers and the central government. It will be very interesting to learn if promises are kept by the 4 remaining presidential personages. Even Gingrich’s agenda to give the long time illegal aliens some form of pardon, without citizenship. Whereas, I hate to think of a returning President Obama will have in-store for the United States? I personally didn’t realize my situation, until it came to my attention that three unknown people were working on my number. My observation was somebody had been hired and was working for a Security firm in Houston, TX. I immediately contacted the SSA and was told that they would deal with it. Luckily, no illegal transactions had taken place, but not for the uncounted amounts of average Americans. The SSA does not inform you if somebody is using your SS number, so innocent victims have no idea they are sharing their identity with illegal aliens. This abuse is not even revealed by the 3 credit bureaus, even if the unknown person uses your personal number to get a credit card, mortgage or auto loan. The credit bureaus only use this information automatically to create a new credit file and never alert you to the fact. The ID sufferers remain unacquainted until something is found erroneous, then you are alerted to unpaid bills or the phone starts ringing off the hook from debt collectors. Trying to identify the culprit or producing an explanations for the bank or other creditors is very humiliating and no assistance from the government who caused this problem in the first place. Years of impervious administrations have allowed this problem to drag on, effecting American lives and their access to credit. Of course now there is another billion dollar industry springing up to safeguard our personal SS numbers, which would never surprise me if certain politicians have an investment in this relatively new industry. Americans need a official resident ID card to not only to prove who you are, but to vote, to apply for public entitlements, a drivers license, insurance as ID theft is just getting worse? The Democrats, Liberals or the Republicans see any necessity to stop this corruption. The Social Security number is now an unsafe identifier and has been compromised? The Democrats-Liberals and its associated media downplay illegal aliens voting in our elections, but voter fraud is becoming more dominant as was seen in the midterm elections. For the earmark money spent by Congress on some nonsensical programs, every citizens and green card holder could be issued with a permanent ID card. I only found out that some person/persons were using my SS number, when I went to refinance my Jeep. Without access to my credit report, I would have never known. It seems to me only the break-away Tea PARTY resembles the party of the American People. • Can you accept as any average American that criminal businesses are using illegal alien’s workers, instead of hiring some of the 22 million jobless? There is even unmitigated evidence that somewhere between 8.5 and 9.0 percentage of illegal aliens are working in the United States. Please tell me—what sort of government allows this to continue? If you are frustrated and angry induced by this corruption in our sovereign nation, then explore your options? You can ignore this abuse of our immigration laws, set down by the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act or you can pound on the doors of indifferent politicians, obligated by their oath of allegiance to enforce immigration laws. For an instance, do agriculture and farmers think their free of blame, for an apparent lose of illegal workers. They have no excuse for paying well below wages and conditions, and then having the audacity to take their charges to hospital including family and registering their children in public schools. More unfunded mandates that we as taxpayers are forced to pay?
