Posted: Friday, March 19, 2010 11:00 pmFoothills residents will have the opportunity to see dogs like Cyrus, a Belgian Malinois, up close while officers demonstrate various skills the police dog has learned over its years on the force. Area students also have the chance to win a free demonstration from a police K-9 at their school. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Desert Foothills Park.
