Just over Interstate 10, Orange Theory Fitness is hosting its third fitness challenge this month since opening, where Ahwatukee residents have proven the challenge’s big-time results.
So, despite my best efforts to resist self-improvement (I bought a self-help book on how to avoid it), I finally had to bite the bullet one day and address my weight when I realized that: a) I was 53 years old; b) my knees were making funny popping noises when I walked up stairs; and c) me in a bathing suit currently violates six zoning ordinances.

Recess was my favorite period in school. After lunch (my second favorite period) it was time for the playground and tag. The Sun City center uses a mix of methods for helping patients stay engaged with their therapy. Using a fitness game on a popular interactive gaming system, Lajoie can keep track of his progress.
