    Bradley Matthew Fullman will be awarded scouting's highest rank, Eagle Scout, at a Court of Honor in Ahwatukee on July 30. He has been a part of Troop 16, with Scout Master Mark Blayney-Moore, since bridging up in fifth grade. Fullman coordinated with South Mountain Park Rangers to develop his Eagle Project. His team of volunteers corrected trails for erosion control near the Pima Canyon Trail head in the spring of 2010. Fullman recently graduated from Horizon Honors High School and will be attending University of North Texas in the fall.
