Mountain Pointe graduate and Texas Christian freshman Kevin Cron connected for his first career home run last week when he went deep against the University of Texas Arlington. Cron was batting .262 (11 of 42) and started to get into a groove after being out of the line for an extended period as he appeared in only 14 of the team’s first 33 games.
