Family coming to visit, last minute shopping, and Christmas parties often leave people more stressed then happy once the holiday season appears. Without being aware of it people are clenching and grinding their teeth. This happens during the day and at night causing muscles aches especially in the back, neck and jaw.
Having a true season of joy is a tall order for some people during the holidays, who may envision a time filled with too much to do, interactions with unpleasant family members and a season focused on things rather than experiences.

What exactly is an “inadequate” health insurance policy? It turns out that the answer to a seemingly innocuous question is key to our health care future, to what happens when Obamacare goes down.

While Leon does have a point with Obamacare’s navigators, I would think there’s a bigger problem. A website as buggy and incompetent as Obamacare’s site has to be wide open to hackers and it has all but advertised that fact. Well crafted, competent websites have security issues — this mess has no even probability of security or safety.
Are you a member of the “Sandwich Generation?” This designation — which applies to people caring for their aging parents while supporting their own children — may be applicable to you if you’re either a younger baby boomer, born in the late 1950s or early 1960s, or an older member of “Generation X,” born in the mid-1960s. But any way you slice it, being in the “Sandwich” group is probably going to present you with some challenges, particularly of the financial kind — so you’ll need to make the right moves.
Every so often some researcher whips out his calculator and estimates how much it takes to raise a child today. I suspect that this exercise is some sort of subtle pressure from the government to cut down on overpopulation, because the Department of Agriculture says it costs a libido-crushing $241,080 to raise each of our Special Snowflakes to age 18.
Is it me or does it seem this time of year things seem less stressful, more fun, and energizing?
Why do I need to get X-rays?
When thinking of health care one must remember that Obamacare uses Cost Benefit Analysis when deciding how to treat you. This means that different options for treatment are considered, but cost and age are plugged into their equation to determine, not what is best for you, but what Obamacare is going to do. They select the cheapest option for your care. They have a limit on the treatment cost. It is something like $22,000 for six months.

What is preventive dentistry?
We have Obamacare, which can’t seem to even sign people up yet. I wonder what will happen when Obamacare gets going? The way it works is as follows: you go to your doctor about some problem that you have. Your doctor can’t diagnose, or treat you until he text messages the 15-member panel. The panel diagnoses your problem, then sends a treatment schedule to your doctor. He reads the treatment, and is required to follow this treatment, or he will be fined $100,000. His second offense will be a fine and jail time. If for some reason he doesn’t agree with the treatment he can send his opposition to the panel, then the panel will rule on treatment.
