10/13 Communications has named a 40-year veteran of the newspaper industry as general manager for its Arizona properties, including ahwatukee.com and the Ahwatukee Foothills News.
For the past three years, Peter Madrid has served as editor of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine (AZRE), overseeing coverage and writing a majority of the editorial content both for print and online. A veteran journalist, Madrid spent more than 30 years in the newspaper industry as a sportswriter and sports editor.
