He is a flexible feline as he can be very independent when you are busy and incredibly snuggly when you want him to be with you. Gentle but playful, Roscoe would be a wonderful addition to any home with a family or just a single parent looking for a friend. The foster mom reports that she has really enjoyed watching Roscoe blossom over the last few weeks. She knows that he will adjust to any situation as long as he is loved and slowly transitioned to his new environment Can you give Roscoe a second chance at a new life in a forever home?
