Reaves joins PIR after spending four years with the Phoenix Coyotes where he most recently served as group sales account executive. His primary responsibilities with the Coyotes involved group sales of suites and hospitality areas. A native of Louisville, Ky., Reaves attended Slippery Rock University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management.

In the past few years, we have been told that the city of Phoenix had no money. Phoenix made significant cuts to libraries, after-school programs and senior services, while raising taxes (2 percent food tax) and fees (water/sewer fees).
