Many cars attempted fording the river; most drivers were successful. In a case with statewide and possibly immediate impact, the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that “dark money” groups can be forced to disclose the source of their cash even if their commercials don't specifically advocate for anyone's election or defeat.
Saying schools have proven they can do better, the state's top education official said Monday it's time for lawmakers to provide more cash — or at least settle the lawsuit over withheld inflation funding.
