Local baseball club fares well

The Ahwatukee Devils, which expanded to several teams after a huge turnout for tryouts, has had several of its club teams recently do well at local tournaments.

The 13U Black and 12U teams won the Silver championship at the Cactus Classic, Sept. 22-23, while the 14U Black was the runner-up at the Nations Gatorade Invitational (Sept. 8-9) and the 14U Maroon were runner ups at the Cactus Classic. The 13U Maroon advanced to the semifinals in the Cactus Classic.
