Fitzgerald and Friends Celebrity Waiter Night returns Aug. 30

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald and friends will don their aprons and serve a hungry crowd during the second Larry Fitzgerald and Friends Celebrity Waiter Night at Morton's, set for Aug. 30 at Morton's The Steakhouse at The Shops at the Esplanade, 2501 E. Camelback Road.

Guests will enjoy dinner served by Fitzgerald and his teammates while participating in silent and live auctions benefitting the Carol Fitzgerald Memorial Fund. The fund was set up in memory of Larry's mother, who throughout her career as a state worker in Minnesota helped victims of AIDS, breast cancer and other diseases. This fund's proceeds continue her work, and the Carol Fitzgerald Memorial Foundation also supports the education of urban youth.

The fundraiser opens with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner from 6:30 to 7:30, the program and live auction.

Tickets start at $300. VIP packages featuring a special pre-event reception start at $400 and corporate sponsorship packages are also available.
