Desert Vista graduate Kylie Butler didn’t waste time getting comfortable in her first collegiate season at Vermont.

The freshman guard scored 17 points with two steals and two assists in the team’s first exhibition game and followed it up with eight points and seven rebounds in the second game. The regular season starts on Saturday.
