ASA/USA Softball and Softball Factory will be hosting an open tryout for softball players in Phoenix at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 26 at the Rose Mofford Softball Complex, 9833 N. 25th Ave.

All softball players ages 13-18 are encouraged to attend. It is an opportunity to be evaluated by a professional staff of former college softball coaches and players, while learning to improve your game and have some fun out on the field.

Select players from the event will qualify for Softball Factory player development programs such as the Softball Factory World Series, the Advanced Training and Competition at the World Cup, and the College World Series Select Training.

After the event, all player evaluations will be submitted to ASA/USA Softball for consideration in its Junior National Team selection pool.

For more information, contact Samantha Latzes at slatzes@baseballfactory.com or (800) 641-4487, ext. 145.
