Desert Vista High School strength and conditioning coach Doug Christofis is offering separate time sessions for high school athletes in football, baseball, girls volleyball, wrestling, girls and boys basketball, lacrosse, hockey, softball, shot-put/discus, distance running and soccer.

There is also an open athletes session in the early evening for those who can’t make a day session or don’t play a sport (each sport is blocked by one-hour exclusively for those specific athletes).

There will also be a youth session two days a week for fourth- through eighth-graders (they will be separated into two groups).

The coaches of these sports recommend participation because the summer training camp is an extension of their programs.

For all information pertaining to the camp and registration forms, visit http://staff.tuhsd.k12.az.us/dchristofis and click on the “Armored Warrior” button.
