Desert Vista graduate and USC fifth-year senior Devon Kennard had a great senior season with his eyes set on the NFL draft.

Counting the win over Fresno State in the Las Vegas Bowl on Dec. 21, Kennard finished fifth on the team in tackles (60, including 34 solo), first on the team with nine sacks, 13.5 tackles for a loss and 10 quarterback hurries.

The defensive end also had a fumble recovery, four passes defended and four passes broken up. He is expected to be selected as high as the third round in current NFL draft predictions.
