Desert Vista senior two-way lineman Cole Preston was named the AIA Scholar Athlete of the Month.
Preston carries a 3.91 GPA (4.41 weighted) and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Key Club. He volunteered as a umpire in the Ahwatukee Little League.
