Ahwatukee Foothills resident Shae Nicolaisen, who competes for Gold Medal Swim Club, won the all-around high point award in the girls 10-and-under age group division in the Lost Dutchman USA Swimming Sanctioned meet, which included athletes from Texas, California and New Mexico.
She competed in nine events - 50, 100 freestyle, 50, 100 backstroke, 50, 100 butterfly, 50 breaststroke, 100 and 200 individual medley - and came away with the best overall score.
