Desert Vista strength and conditioning coach Doug Christofis will run his summer program June 4 to July 12.

Starting in the morning and going late into the afternoon, every hour is blocked specific to a particular sport. For those sports where there were not enough athletes to make a session there is the athletes session, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. There is also a youth session in the late afternoon for third- through fifth-graders and sixth- through eighth-graders.

More information can be found at http://staff.tuhsd.k12.az.us/dchristofis.
