The Metro Valley youth flag football league is accepting registration for boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 14 for the fall season.
The league is approved and licensed by the NFL and provides non-contact experience where participants learn the basics of football, the principles of sportsmanship and the importance of team work.
All participants receive an authentic NFL logo flag football jersey, shorts, NFL flags and belt. There are also limited opportunities for adults interested in coaching and forming cheerleading squads.
