The Infinity Wrestling Academy, for youth and middle school kids from the Ahwatukee Foothills area, will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 26, with breaks for holidays, in the Desert Vista wrestling room.
It’s on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. for wrestlers in first through fourth grades. For those in fifth through eighth grade, it will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
The cost for the season is $150 for the youth program and $175 for the middle school program. Those who register before Nov. 1 receive a free T-shirt.
Each participant must have a 2013 USAW competitor card and some selected competitions may also require an AZWAY membership, which is $15 but not required for registration into the IWA.
