The girls golf season came to an end Saturday with three local golfers participating in the Division I state tournament at Aguila Golf Course in Laveen.
Desert Vista senior Gerraldine Torrellas finished tied for 34th with an 83-87—170.
The Pride’s Lauren Blumears had great second day, finishing 42nd overall with a 93-81—174 with teammate Madi Woodward shot 91-95—186.
Xavier won it with a team score of 2-under par as Hannah O’Sullivan shot a record 68-64—132.
