Several of Desert Vista football players have decided on colleges to continue their career in the fall.
Linebacker Mike Arredondo is going to Northern Arizona after making his decision last Sunday. He returned from an official visit from New Mexico without an offer.
"I felt like I fit there and really liked a bunch of guys that I either knew directly or indirectly (by playing against them)," Arredondo said. "I couldn't be happier right now."
Defensive back Matt Smith is headed to Cornell, long snapper Ryan Masel is a preferred walk on at Washington and place kicker Scotty Goldfein has a partial scholarship to Azuza Pacific.
