Former Mountain Pointe football player Markus Wheaton is building off last year’s breakout year and continues to make an impact for Oregon State.
The 6-foot-1, 182-pound Wheaton, who transferred to Chandler after his sophomore year, had 17 catches for 273 yards and a score through two games.
It is a continuation of last year’s season when he had 73 catches for 986 yards.
