Gabby Walton, a sixth-grader at Altadeña Middle School, competed in the Level 4 Gymnastics State Championships last weekend and placed third in both the bars with a score of 9.475, and the vault with a score of 9.400.
It added up to a sixth place in the all-around in her division to help her team, Gold Medal Gymnastics, take home the first place trophy as State Champions with a score of 114.925.
