The ABC Project, a grassroots movement by local little league baseball advocate Ron Passmore, is still trying its best to find land in Ahwatukee Foothills for a new facility for baseball and other outdoor activities.

At 6 p.m. on Oct. 11, the ABC Project will be attending a “Plan Phoenix” meeting at the Pecos Community Center and Passmore is hoping for the community to show up in support of the project.

Mayor Greg Stanton, Councilman Sal DiCiccio and the Plan Phoenix Committee will be there soliciting ideas that would benefit Phoenix, and ultimately improve quality of life.

For more information, contact Passmore at abcproject2011@gmail.com.
