The Mountain Pointe High School Football Booster Club is hosting its annual golf tournament to raise funds to support the program.
The tournament will be Saturday, May 7 at the Club West Golf Course in Ahwatukee Foothills. The event includes a four-man best ball scramble with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m., followed by a dinner, auction and live entertainment starting at 5:30 p.m.
Foursomes can be registered via e-mail to whiteside1@cox.net. The fee for a foursome registered and paid by April 1 is $400; the price goes up to $500 for registrations after April 1.
If you're not a golfer, but want to participate in the event, the banquet-only fee is $25 per person. Individual and business sponsorships are also available; with hole sponsorships at $100/hole, and auction item donations accepted.
The MPHS Football Booster Club is a tax-exempt public charity, with all proceeds going directly to supporting the MPHS football program.
