In time for the Feb. 11 opening of pre-season training camp, Phoenix FC has signed several players to the club’s roster. The newly signed players, pending USSF approval, are defender Renan Felipe Boufleur, midfielder Joao Inacio de Jesus Cerqueria, defender Cyprian Hedrick, defender Scott Morrison, and midfielder Anthony Obodai.
Desert Vista graduate Reid Schmitt is already on the roster as this professional soccer team prepares for its first season in USL Professional Division. The Wolves will play their home matches at ASU’s soccer stadium. The regular season starts March 23.
