There will be a free clinic for women wanting to participate in the seventh annual Tri for the Cure.
The clinic is for women interested in Tri for the Cure AZ Triathlon, Duathlon Relay or 5K run on March 24.
The clinic is about nutrition on Jan. 23 at 6 p.m. at Triple Sports, 4032 N Miller, in Scottsdale.
