The Mountain Pointe baseball program is taking the lead in trying to get some relief to those in need in Oklahoma after the recent tornado disaster.

There will be a Waste Management truck parked at the Mountain Pointe parking lot off Knox Road on Friday, May 31, around 2 p.m. It will be there until it departs on Saturday, June 1, in the early morning for Oklahoma.

They are asking to spread the word for non-perishable food items, water, clothing, furniture, etc., in order to pack the truck and do all they can to help those in need.
