MP baseball collects goods for tornado victims

The Mountain Pointe baseball program is taking the lead in trying to get some relief to those in need in Oklahoma after the recent tornado disaster.

There will be a Waste Management truck parked at the Mountain Pointe parking lot off Knox Road on Friday, May 31, around 2 p.m. It will be there until it departs on Saturday, June 1, in the early morning for Oklahoma.

They are asking to spread the word for non-perishable food items, water, clothing, furniture, etc., in order to pack the truck and do all they can to help those in need.
