As a parent of a high schooler, who was at Friday nights game for a short period of time. I thought that it was completely inappropriate and unsafe to allow the patrons of the 'Tukee Bowl to remain in the stands. I understand that this was and is one of the biggest games of the year. But safety for the people who attended did not seem to be the schools focus. The weather that was clearly visible throughout the night should have been the only factor in rescheduling the game. Fortunately, for us there were no injuries due to the weather. However, if that was the case many would have agreed that weather should have been the focus of that night. I hope that when next years game is upon us, the organizers will allow for another game. Knowing that mother nature is on no one's schedule but her own!
