Mountain Pointe and Desert Vista dominated the Tempe City swim meet on Thursday at McClintock High.

The Pride won the boys meet with a score of 307 as Desert Vista (269), McClintock (229), Corona de Sol (170), Marcos de Niza (153) and Tempe (102).

The Thunder won the girls meet with 332 total points with Mountain Pointe second at 247. Corona (240), Marcos (198), McClintock (165) and Tempe (32) rounded out the standings.

The girls 200-yard medley relay set the meet record with a time of 1 minute and 51.61 seconds to best the school's record set last season by 0.11 seconds.

Multiple winners for Mountain Pointe were Jeff Ding (200 IM, 500 Free), Conner Engelmann (50 Free, 100 Breast) and Clara Jenck (200 Free, 100 Back).

Mary Geavaras (50 Free, 100 Free) was the lone multi winner for Desert Vista.
