The District 13 Little League tournament is wrapping up and Ahwatukee made the semifinals in all three age groups.

The 10 and 11 year olds lost 10-6 in Monday’s semifinals to Chandler National North, which faces top-seeded Chandler National South, which knocked off No. 4 Tempe South 14-4.

The title game is Wednesday at 7:30.

ALL has two more chances to win the district title in Wednesday’s semifinals for the 9-10 year-olds and the Majors (11-12 year olds).

The ALL Majors squad squeaked in by winning two of its last three games to earn the fourth seed and takes on top-ranked and undefeated Chandler National South at 6:30 at the Tempe Sports Complex.

Tempe South is second seed at 4-1 and faces Chandler National South, 3-2, at 8:30.

The title game is at 8 p.m. on Friday.

The area’s best showing came from the 9-10 year olds as the team went 4-1 to grab the second seed and takes on Chandler National North (3-2) at 8:30 on Wednesday.

In the other semifinal, top-seeded Chandler National South (4-1) takes on Tempe South (2-3) at 6:30.

The title game is at 6:30 on Friday.

The Tempe Sports Complex is located at 8403 South Hardy Drive between Elliott and Warner.
