The Mountain Pointe baseball program is taking the lead in trying get some relief to those in need in Oklahoma after the recent tornado disaster.

There will be a Waste Management truck parked by the Mountain Pointe flag plot in the parking lot off Knox Rd., on Friday, May 31 around 2 p.m.

It will be there all day and depart Saturday, June 1, in the early morning for Oklahoma.

They are asking to spread the word to all your friends and family and donate whatever you can. They are asking for non-perishable food items, water, clothing, furniture, etc., in order to pack the truck and do all they can to help those in need.
