Q: Where are you from and what did you do before opening your business?

A:I moved to Arizona from Cleveland, OH in 2000 and bought my home in Ahwatukee. Prior to opening my own business I worked for a Plastic Surgeon doing pre and post surgery aesthetics, worked for Medspas performing aesthetic treatments as well as managing the staff and operations, worked for day spas, chiropractic offices and fitness centers performing massage therapy and aesthetics, and taught the entire massage therapy program for the Arizona School of Allied Health.

Q: Why did you open your business in Ahwatukee?

A:I love living in Ahwatukee and supporting locally owned business'; having my business in here as well gives me a real sense of community, I've really seen the local support among residents and business' in Ahwatukee.

Q: How did you get the idea to open your business?

A: My clients have been so loyal and I knew that along with my experience, work ethic and customer service skills I could finally do things my way and be successful.

Q: What type of merchandise/services do you sell?

A:I perform corrective skin care treatments including a variety of chemical peels and microdermabrasions depending on your skin condition or goals. I sell PCA skin products for anti-aging, acne, rosacea, sun damage, etc. I sell a mineral makeup line called Colorescience and offer free skin analysis and makeup demonstrations; as well as eyebrow and lip waxing. I perform Massage Therapy from Swedish to Deep Tissue, (as well as Pregnancy) depending on your preference and needs.

Q: What does your business offer that no one else does?

A: I work very closely with my clients to reach and maintain their goals.

It becomes a personal relationship and I alter their treatment plan, whether it be skincare or massage, as their lifestyle and needs change.

Q: How have residents of the community responded to your business?

A:Wonderfully! Most of my clients are from the Ahwatukee area. I have been so lucky because so many residents and local business owners show their support!- I strive to continue gaining their loyalty & trust!

Q: What does your business have in store for the future?

A: I assure my clients that I will continue educating myself on the most innovative treatments and techniques. Additionally, I will be a Licensed "Am I Hungry" facilitator performing workshops on weight management. I guarantee my business and my knowledge will never be outdated!

Q: Anything else you want the community to know about you or your business?

A: My chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments are the exact same treatments that many doctors offices and medspas use at a much lower cost to you. I have a small studio inside signature salon studios and do not have the overhead that some of these places do.
