The faculty members at Kyrene de la Sierra Elementary School offer their students different activities to choose from, promising to keep them engaged throughout the school term.

The current enrollment at Sierra is 642 students.

For the fall term, the school has created different programs consisting of choir lessons for third- and fifth-graders, and a running club for all students. The running club will take place in October and will be offered two days out of the week after school.

Dana Westermann, student advisor at Sierra, said the programs offered at the elementary school is what sets them apart from other schools.
