A six-bedroom, six-bath house described as offering “exquisite Tuscan living with mountain views” is the latest to make the seven-figure sales list in Ahwatukee.

Located in the 14600 block of South Presario Trail, the 6,444-square-foot, two-story home sold for $1,07 million.

The open-floor design, combining 24-inch Travertine flooring with inlays and soaring coffered ceilings, lends a stunning elegance to the home, accented by floor-to-ceiling pillars.

The kitchen alone, featuring granite countertops and backsplash as well as custom mahogany cabinets and high-end appliances, is a chef’s paradise. Built-in cabinetry also graces other rooms.

The home is an entertainer’s delight, with a pool room complete with full kitchen and bar, a backyard patio made of Marbella stone that leads to a pool and spa, built-in barbecue and fireplace – one of three hearths that grace the house.

The sale continues a roll of sorts for high-end luxury homes in Ahwatukee after a three or four-month dry stretch. Overall, experts report brisk seven-figure home sales across the Valley.
