Dear Editor:
In his letter G. Roberts questions the wisely crafted rhetoric of Obama (AFN, Aug. 27), for he never defines the "values" all Americans hold dear. He likens Obama to a movie analogy of Martians declaring their arrival to earth as a gesture of peace, but in reality they had come to destroy people on earth. The late Rod Serling, producer of the famous TV series The Twilight Zone, had one episode called "To Serve Man." Similarly, aliens arrived on earth heralding peace only to lure earthlings to their space ship for marvelous food only to become eventual food for the aliens themselves. We can see from both analogies that Americans end up fueling Obama's hunger for our tax money; so while we go broke he and his administration don't go starving for power.
