On Thanksgiving Day, I was giving thanks for many blessings: God, family, friends and good health among them.
Then the Nov. 21 AFN gave me a new thing to be thankful for by publishing Don Kennedy’s guest commentary (“We shall get the government we have asked for”). I learned that 50 percent of the American people are ignorant and the No. 1 cause is Marxist indoctrination in our school system since 1938. I had wondered since 1974 why every student in my high school had to take a semester of Americanism vs. Communism. Now I know that we were being indoctrinated in Marxism, and for that I thank Mr. Kennedy.
