There is another side of the coin on "Osama bin Laden is Dead."
I have fallen in love with peace. Any death in war, on whatever side, is a funeral. Minister Farakhan said, "You can stop the man, but you can't stop the movement." Since the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, the civil rights movement expanded far beyond what he had accomplished during his lifetime. Faces and methods changed, but the movement continued.
"Justice has been done?" The terrorists on 9/11 caused the deaths of more than 3,000 people. Through the war on terror, America has caused more than 300,000 deaths (soldiers and civilians), tore apart families, amputations and hundreds and thousands to be mentally ill and totally dependent on government assistance for the rest of their lives. Billions and billions of dollars have been lost every year in supporting the war efforts. On 9/11 the terrorists destroyed the buildings and property of the Twin Towers and the local area. America has caused destruction upon multiple cities and complete towns as if tornadoes and hurricanes had cleared them away.
Whenever I have seen an execution (capitol punishment) at our Arizona State Prison, the family members being interviewed always have tears that "Justice has been done." No cheers, no parties. It had been a funeral.
"To kill is to kill is to kill," Dr. David Hawkins said. The only way to end war is through peace.
