In January my sister was in town and we went to Abacus Inn for lunch and she used her charge card. When she reviewed her credit card online she was charged $500 for a $15 meal for three.
I’ve been a frequent visitor to this restaurant and never had a problem myself. Sorry to see them go as their food was some of the best.

As a veteran lurker of Boston's Chinatown I found the food at Abacus Inn seriously lacking.
The best I've found (eliminating those with good menus but with questionable cleanliness) is Tao Garden:
