I was pleased to open the (Oct. 12) issue of the Ahwatukee Foothills News to see its endorsement of Wes Gullett for mayor of Phoenix. As the paper pointed out, "Gullett has a wealth of experience to draw on from the business world and brings a much needed fresh perspective from outside the current City Hall environment."
Gullett is honest and his unassuming nature will be a welcome change at City Hall, where he will get spending under control. His plan to eliminate bureaucracy will help small businesses which, as the AFN noted, are "the life-blood of Ahwatukee." We need Wes Gullett as our next mayor of Phoenix.
