Dear Editor:

In response to the letter sent by Joe Campbell ("I'm an American," AFN, Sept. 1), I would like to direct his attention to the fact that in his blame rant he omitted Congressman Barney Frank and Sen. Chris Dodd: Both Democrats are both responsible for the typical liberal/"progressive" policies rained on this nation, which brought us the collapse of the housing market and the greatest challenge to our nation since the Great Depression.

Why is it that people such as Campbell can't see farther than their collective noses and George W. Bush when laying blame for everything that has gone wrong with this country since the Revolutionary War?

Do you mean you are an American or more so as the Soviets spelled it Amerikan?
