Dear Editor:

If you have taken down your Christmas trees, lights, wreaths, stockings and crêches, take a moment to relive the joy and alliance of Christmas and thank God you had an opportunity to celebrate with family and friends.

Unfortunately during this season, Christians in Iraq, Nigeria and Egypt have been terrorized and murdered. Why? What do these countries have in common? "What is militant Mohammedaniem?" Oh it's that wondrous religion of peace, which offers Christians and Jews the opportunity to convert, or it's Daniel Pearl time.

We are constantly reminded that those radical terrorists represent just a micro percentage of the Muslim population and that there are millions and millions of moderate Muslims. That a modern Muslim governor in northern Pakistan learned the hard way recently when he was murdered by one of his bodyguards, because the now dead governor had the temerity to counsel moderation in the Islamic treatment of women in general. And that governor, to my knowledge, never even told a joke about or drew a cartoon of Mohammed.

Meanwhile, the Afro-centric Obama administration is quietly implementing its African political-refugee programs by "importing" Somali Muslims into the interior of the U.S.: Columbus, Ohio, Minneapolis, Minn., plus cities in Oregon and Tennessee. This program serves two purposes: first, it decreases the member of Somali pirates attacking Persian Gulf shipping and cruise ships, and secondly, it brings the potential terrorists closer to us, so Homeland Security will know where to look after the next bomb or biological device in detonated.

And so have a happy new year, and please don't worry about those sacrosanct people in burnooses, berkas and face veils at the airport, just because they are exempt from detailed searches because of their religion. Be thankful; the terrorist threat in the U.S. is "severe."
