Dear Editor:
I am supporting Sandy Lowe for the Tempe Union High School District Governing Board. I am president of Mountain Pointe High School's Pride Board and someone who has worked with her for seven years in a variety of community education issues; from district changes to state education developments. I have found Lowe to be committed to our students first. She works tirelessly and is always a calm voice with reasonable thinking. Lowe is someone who has been present and available as a parent, a substitute teacher and a community activist. I want someone who knows our district and its people and students. Lowe has the education, the leadership and knowledge to guide our district and she is my choice for TUHSD.
