I find it profoundly amusing that the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) announced on March 24 that the government should tax cars based on mileage driven.

I wonder why it took the government so long to realize that those wonderful hybrid or electric cars weren’t paying their "fair share?"

However, I’m sure that the incessant Mitchell supporters will claim it’s Rep. Schweikert’s fault.
