The city is spending almost half a million dollars for a report that is "inaccurate and incomplete" and will not be used. But the firm will still be paid? And much of the information is in the public domain at no cost, provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics?
Please explain this to the taxpayers. For that kind of money we could have had a really fun party. Or paid down some debt. But all that we have to show for that money is a report that will not be used, plus some paper to be recycled.
