It's two weeks into my Crossfit Challenge and I am LOVING it!
When Rebecca posts those Workouts of the Day (WOD) I cringe thinking there is no way I will be able to do it. Somehow the energy in our small groups and the encouragement from the coach makes me want to push to get through and finish. What an awesome sense of accomplishment... I actually did it when I thought I couldn't!
